Your choice and storage duration
The privacy notice is shown on your first visit. Choosing “Continue with necessary only” or “Save necessary only” sets the first-party fe_privacy_choice cookie to necessary-v1 for 180 days. It remembers your choice about this notice; it does not identify commenters and is not used for analytics or advertising. Reopen the panel through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Deleting this cookie in your browser shows the notice again. The website remains usable if storage is blocked.
Technologies strictly necessary for a service requested by the user are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 4(6) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004. We do not ask for consent to tracking technologies that are not present.
Language and website resources
The page URL determines the language, without a preference cookie. Fonts, images and video presentations are hosted locally. Videos have playback controls and do not start automatically. We do not automatically load social feeds, maps, marketing pixels or external analytics tools.
Administration and security
The WordPress administration area uses cookies necessary for authentication and functionality for signed-in administrators. They are not tracking cookies for public visitors. The enquiry form uses a security token and server-side rate limiting, without a marketing cookie.
External links
WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, ANPC and article sources open only when you choose to follow their links. The external provider’s policies then apply.
Future changes
If non-essential technologies are added, a prior choice will be required where applicable law demands it. This policy and the consent mechanism must be updated before activation.
Comments without cookies
Email confirmation is recorded in the database, without cookies to recognise commenters. The locally hosted anti-bot check does not set tracking cookies.
